A grand silver Jubilee Reunion of the 2⁵ (32^nd Batch) was held on 18^th and 19^th July 2008. There was a uniqueness about this Reunion since it was held 3 years after the First Reunion in 2005. This 2⁵ batch celebrated the Silver Jubilee of both the joining (1980 – 1983) and the passing out years . It was a sort of preamble for many of the batches to celebrate their silver jubilee reunions.

Nearly 100 batch mates with their family participated. It started off with a function at MIT with the Dean Mr. Joseph Stanley and the MITAA Patron Mr. Jawaharlal gracing the occasion. Lot of Professors were honored on the occasion.

32^nd Batch was conducting a summer course called “Launch Pad” for the final year students on Communication and Interview skills from 2006.  Some of the students who benefited from this course spoke during this reunion. They were grateful for getting the right job through the skills developed from this Launch Pad programme.

Scholarship was given for the hostel expenses of selected students from each faculty.  All these expenses were met by the contributions of the batch members through “2⁵ Charitable Trust”.

After Lunch at the hostel  mess, the entire team left for MGM golden resort and  had fun and frolic  till the next day. Lot of group events for the ladies, children and special rides were all part of the porgramme.
